Entrants must submit an email address to qualify. There will be one winner each week for 12 weeks. Winning emails will be randomly drawn from submitted emails weekly. Entries via online only. One email entry per week qualifies you for each weekly drawing. Restrictions include: hotel reservations subject to room availability, $150 food allowance at any of the following Mohegan Sun gourmet restaurants, including The Longhouse, Todd English's Tuscany, Pompeii & Caesar, Bamboo Forest or at a Foxwoods-owned restaurant. Must be consecutive nights at each property, one limo trip transportation between properties. Entry start date is July 6, 2009. Entry end date is September 28, 2009. Date of drawings will be Mondays, weekly for 12 weeks. Offer expires December 31, 2009. The following individuals shall be excluded from this promotion: Patrons whose names appear on the exclusion list. Employees of the Mohegan Tribe Corporate Governance and Compliance department, Mohegan Sun Casino, Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority, Mohegan Tribal Gaming Commission, Mohegan Tribe Surveillance and immediate family members. The following individuals shall also be excluded from this promotion: Employees, officers, and directors of the Mashantucket Pequot Gaming Enterprise d/b/a Foxwoods Resort Casino and MGM Grand at Foxwoods and immediate family members. Patrons that are not in good standing (i.e. frozen accounts, exclusion, etc). Anyone under 21 years of age. Promotion void in whole or in part where prohibited by law. Any attempted forgery of entries shall be held subject to appropriate legal action. Entry constitutes permission to utilize patron's name and likeness for promotional purposes in any media without remuneration. This includes displaying winner's name on property signage, using names in external email announcements or on mohegansun.com. Any dispute or situation not covered by the above rules shall be resolved by Mohegan Sun management in a manner deemed by them to be the fairest to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and/or binding to all patrons. Mohegan Sun reserves the right to void any entry, and/or cancel or modify this promotion at any time without notice to the public, with notification to the Mohegan Tribal Gaming Commission. The Winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes). All costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to lodging, transportation costs, meals, gratuities and other expenses incurred by accepting the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Upon entry, patrons agree to abide by all promotion rules. Player's Club cards are non-transferable. Winners must provide valid identification to claim prize.
